Our GroupFit Training is unlike any other program out there. We incorporate smart heart rate training and program design into each workout while maintaining a strong focus on the quality of each movement. Workout with an average of 10 to 16 people for encouragement and motivation.

This is our most exciting and POPULAR program because of the accountability and frequency of your workouts.

SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING

8 SESSIONS TO USE AS YOU GO

This personal training program provides you with goal specific attention in a semi-private environment of 2- 4 people and it includes our Nutrition Fundamentals Support System (NFSS consist of weekly emails with healthy meal menus and grocery shopping list, plus support via a private Facebook page).  Great option for those who can commit to exercising 2- 4 days per week.

  • 8 Semi-Private Training sessions to use as you wish (1-3 times per week)
  • Monthly Full Body Assessment: BF%, Strength and Cardiovascular Tests
  • FMS Screen, Body Comps and Nutrition eBook with your Intro Pack

 

 


 UNLIMITED SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING

PRIVATE TRAINING

8 (1:1) SESSIONS TO USE AS YOU GO

(30 or 60 minute session option)

A more personalized experience, where we will incorporate strength programs, corrective exercises, movement skills, and assisted stretching and myofascial work for your specific needs to increase your strength, help reduce injuries and improve your posture. This specific program can also prepare you for Semi-Private or GroupFit training if you are inexperienced or coming off of an injury. The program includes our Nutrition Fundamentals Support System (NFSS consist of weekly emails with healthy meal menus and grocery shopping list, support via a private Facebook page, and personal support and guidance from your Coach). Members that choose to train privately usually do it 2 – 3 times per week, and do *GroupFit or Cardio on some OFF days. * GroupFit can be added to the program when you are ready for an additional $79.

  • 8 Private Training sessions: 30 or 60 minutes each
  • Assisted stretching from your Coach for proper recovery
  • Monthly Full Body Assessment: BF%, Strength and Cardiovascular Tests
  • Functional Movement Screen to help you with proper movement, injury reduction, and overall results
