Specialty Programs

STRONG AND LEAN 1.0, 2.0, & 3.0

Gain strength and reduce your body fat in this results-oriented program.
Strength training and lean muscle building program.

Progressive 8 or 9 weeks of four-phase (endurance, hypertrophy, strength, power) program.
Learn to do a number of lifts using good form and proper muscle recruitment patterns that can carry over into any future strength training program.
Tailor your program to you with weights and lifts to adapt to your starting ability and mobility.

What is included?

– Squat and Deadlift more than your bodyweight by the end of the program.
– Perform bodyweight pull-ups.
– Reduced waist measurement and body fat percentage without losing muscle or lean mass.
– Improve your eating habits.
– Workouts are done in a semi-private setting with 3-5 members and your Coach.
– Friday GroupFit workout included in the program for 3 weekly strength workouts.

ADULT GYMNASTICS

Play like you are a kid again with these fundamental movements.

This 6 week program gets your body moving in every direction while you (re)learn and practice some of the basic movement patterns such as crawling, cartwheels, and handstands.

What is included?

– Learn the basic progressions for handstands and cartwheels.
– Have fun practicing new movements like ape crawls and forward rolls.
– Increase the mobility and health of your shoulders and spine.
– Develop core strength and improve your posture.
– Track your progress along the way.

OBSTACLE COURSE RACE PREPARATION (OCR)

Prepare your body and mind to overcome challenges and be ready for your next event.

The best way to prepare for an obstacle course run is to practice similar movements and run. Improve your overall conditioning and stamina during this 6 week program so you can go crush your next event.

What is included?

– Improve your aerobic and anaerobic capacity.
– Become more efficient with your breathing and movement patterns.
– Train with a group of other obstacle course fanatics on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
– Incorporate different exercises such as tire flips, sled drags and pushes, slam ball carries, rope climbs, and wall hops.
– Receive a strategically designed running schedule to follow on the weekends.
– Register for upcoming OCR events with the FunkFit Team and receive special t-shirts and super fun bus rides to and from the event.

NUTRITION COACHING

Eat healthy, be healthy. Simple.
What is included?

– Learn simple methods to hold you accountable.
– The truth: No fad diets, no fancy names for anything, just simply what works.
– Motivation.
– Proper guidance and real-life solutions.
– Learn a holistic approach to nutrition while incorporating real foods into your diet.
– Learn the truths about nutrition and creating a lifestyle change by incorporating simple and effective eating habits into your daily routine.

– Easy to follow app includes videos and techniques and tips for all exercises.
– Includes 3 strength and 3 endurance workouts to perform up to 6 times per week.
