Lifestyle Performance Coach
I am 23 years old and have been involved with fitness for 5 years now and started getting involved in fitness my senior year in high school where I served as the captain of my softball team. I didn’t find a passion for health and fitness itself until it became my major at Bowling Green State University where I gained my Bachelor’s degree in exercise science with a specialization in Human Movement and programming. While pursuing my degree I also attained my personal training certification my junior year. I got experience coaching Aqua fitness at my university Recreation center as well as functional & resistance training workshops. After graduating I also taught large boot camp style classes as well as 1-on-1 personal session. That experience landed me here at Funk Fit and I am very excited to help others. Fitness has become more than me achieving goals physically but mentally as well.
