Keila is 23 years old has been involved with fitness for 5 years now. She didn’t find a passion for health and fitness until it became her major at Bowling Green State University where she gained a Bachelor’s degree in exercise science with a specialization in Human Movement and programming. While pursuing her degree Keila also attained her personal training certification during her junior year. She got experience coaching Aqua fitness at her university Recreation center as well as functional & resistance training workshops. After graduating she also taught large boot camp style classes as well as 1-on-1 personal sessions. That experience landed her here at Funk Fit and she is very excited to help others. Fitness has become more than just achieving goals physically for her but mentally as well.
