Our Roots

A more personalized experience, where we will incorporate strength programs, corrective exercises, movement skills, and assisted stretching and myofascial work for your specific needs to increase your strength, help reduce injuries and improve your posture. This specific program can also prepare you for Semi-Private or GroupFit training if you are inexperienced or coming off of an injury. The program includes our Nutrition Online Support (NOS consist of weekly emails with healthy meal menus and grocery shopping list, support via a private Facebook page, and personal support and guidance from your Coach). Members that choose to train privately usually do it 2 – 3 times per week, and do *GroupFit or Cardio on some OFF days.
