We intentionally do as much as we possibly can to increase your internal motivation by becoming the facilitators of a great community. We track performance, but we don’t compete with others. You are on your own time, and you can always be better than before…1% better as we say.

Private CoachingOne on One
Our roots program on Functional Training since 2002 (East Valley, and since 2008 at FunkFit).
- A more personalized experience, incorporating strength programs, corrective exercises, movement skills, and assisted stretching and myofascial work for your specific needs to increase your strength, reduce your injuries and improve your posture.
- This specific program can also prepare you for Semi-Private or training if you are inexperienced or coming off of an injury.
- Members that choose to train privately usually do it 2 – 3 times per week.
- Program Includes (Which could be done on some of those other days).

Strong & Lean
- The Strong & Lean program is the next step for those who want to go beyond ‘maintenance’ and see progress toward specific strength goals, while lowering body fat and adding lean muscle. We will focus on building lean mass by increasing your endurance, strength, and power. This is your chance to learn how to ‘sculpt’ your body.
