This personal training program provides you with goal specific attention utilizing STRENGTH, ENDURANCE, AND MOBILITY coaching to help you get the best results possible in a Semi-Private environment of 2- 5 people. It includes our Nutrition Online Support (NOS – consist of weekly emails with healthy meal menus and grocery shopping list, plus support via a private Facebook page). Great option for those who can commit to exercising 2- 4 days per week.
