You are an athlete, train like one
This 6 week semi private program will help you build and define muscle while challenging your body with different explosive movements. Varying the tempo, adding drop sets, and adjusting other variables throughout the program will keep your body excited for what’s next. Training in a small group with 3-4 others will allow for maximal results and specific accountability from your Coach to ensure your success.
