Strong and Lean 1.0

 

GET STRONGER!

Progressive 8 weeks four phase (endurance, hypertrophy, strength, power) program.
Learn to do a number of lifts using good form and proper muscle recruitment patterns that can carry over into any future strength training program.
Tailor your program to you with weights and lifts to adapt to your starting ability and mobility.

 

GET LEANER!

Metabolic finishers are strategically placed at the end of each workout to help shred bodyfat.
Measurements taken throughout the program to ensure your progress and make nutrition adjustments as needed.
Extra accountability from your Coach and members to track your nutrition intake for optimum results

Strong and Lean 2.0

You must have previously completed Strong & Lean 1.0 to be able to enroll in 2.0. This ensures optimum results and strength gains.

 

GET STRONGER!

An 8 week program designed to incorporate 4 advanced lifting techniques that help improve tendon health, joint stability and mobility, and take you to your next strength level after completing 1.0.

 

GET LEANER!

Metabolic finishers are strategically placed at the end of each workout to help shred body fat.
Measurements taken throughout the program to ensure your progress and make nutrition adjustments as needed.
Extra accountability from your Coach and members to track your nutrition intake for optimum results

  • 8 week program of 4 advanced lifting techniques.
  • Prevent “hitting a wall” in your workouts.
  • A very noticeable change in your body symmetry “The Beach Look.”
  • Improved tendon health.
  • S&L 1.0 is focused on “progressive overload.” S&L 2.0 focuses on sustaining your gains year-round.
  • Use different tools such as chains, stones and heavy sandbags.
  • Workouts done in a semi private setting with 3-5 members and your Coach.
  • Friday GroupFit workout included in the program for 3 weekly strength workouts.

What can you expect?

  • 9 week program of 4 variabilities techniques based on the Conjugate method.
  • 2 day split – lower body (Monday) and upper body (Wednesday).
  • GroupFit guidance for your 2 big lifts (Friday)
  • One rep maxes in the program.
  • S&L 3.0 focuses on one rep maxes plus higher reps on auxiliary lifts.

Strong and Lean 3.0

S&L 3.0 is designed to get you stronger and help improve your recovery with one rep maxes in the program.

S&L 3.0 will help you develop your best strength techniques, all in the same semi-private (3-5 people) setting. This program uses a Westside Barbell Conjugate style of training, split into lower body (Monday) and upper body (Wednesday) and GroupFit guidance for your 2 big lifts (Friday).

Prerequisite: You must have previously completed STRONG & Lean 1.0 & STRONG & Lean 2.0. It is most beneficial when done after one week of “active recovery” (rest) and completion of STRONG & Lean 2.0.
